Describes a modified inferior capsular shift through a concealed anterior axillary incision using a T-based lateral capsulorrhaphy. Demonstrates a T-based lateral capsulorrhaphy. Demonstrates a technique for recreating a deficient labrum by passing sutures through the glenoid and tying them on the outside of the capsule.
